Privacy Policy

Effective 14 September 2026. This policy covers the Plutox / Igor Agent YouTube OAuth connection and associated upload workflow. Access is by private invitation. The encrypted refresh token is retained until disconnection or a deletion request, subject to the retention procedure below. Revoke access using Google Account permissions.

Information and purpose

We process OAuth credentials and granted permissions, channel ID, handle, title and connection times to authenticate, verify the intended channel and maintain authorized access. When you request an upload, we process the supplied video, title, description, visibility settings and task status to carry out that request. Operational logs may contain IP addresses, request paths and error/status information for reliability and security.

Storage and recipients

Connection records are held on the operator’s hosted server; stored OAuth credentials are encrypted. HTTPS protects web connections. Restricted operational backups may contain copies of stored records. Hosting and backup providers process data for service operation. Google handles authorization and YouTube receives upload content and metadata. Instructions and status messages submitted through Telegram are also processed by Telegram and the agent’s configured processing services as necessary to provide the requested function. OAuth secrets are not placed in assistant messages.

Google user data is used only for the requested user-facing integration. It is not sold, used for advertising or used to train general-purpose AI models. Access or transfers are limited to providing the authorized function, necessary security operations, legal obligations or specific user consent. The operator may access records when needed for support or security. Igor Agent’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Control, retention and deletion

Connection data is retained while needed for the authorized connection. You can revoke Google access at Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not by itself erase all local records. To disconnect and request deletion of connection records, associated stored user data and backup copies, email the operator from your established contact address. We handle verified deletion requests as soon as possible and within seven calendar days; limited records required by law are retained only for that purpose. Deleting local service data does not delete videos or other data held by YouTube. Do not send passwords or tokens with a request.

This service uses YouTube API Services. See the Google Privacy Policy for Google’s processing. We publish material policy changes here and request renewed consent before using data for a new purpose.

The expanded YouTube connection also requests youtube.force-ssl for user-approved metadata and channel-description changes, and yt-analytics.readonly for channel and video performance reports. Reports may include views, watch time and traffic breakdowns. These reports and metadata are processed to answer your requests and may be passed to the configured assistant for that user-facing analysis; they are not used to train general-purpose models. Existing Google connections are separately authorized. Some YouTube Studio features are not available through this service.
